Children should be disciplined at home and not be left to the teachers to deal with. Teachers are there to shape the futures of children and should be respected.

We need to affirm the very principles we were raised with so our children can have good morals and principles.

I know this leader have the best interests of the learners in his heart, I support his way of doing what is best for all the learners. we need more principals like Mr Isaacs. if parents do not agree with the way the school are administered, why do they still enrol their children there.

Both my daughters attend SP and he was the best Principal as he instilled a set of values in the students that they still practice

I signed this petition because SP has always had the best education for a "disadvantaged" school - they did it through setting standards and maintaining discipline. Other schools should learn from them. If you've been to SP, you are seen as someone with a strong work ethic and someone who has the dedication to work hard and achieve. I come from the area, did not go to SP unfortunately, but I am proud of the achievements and the future they make possible for our community, who cannot afford private school education. SP is the next best thing.

"There is a basic weakness in governments, however massive their armies, however vast their wealth, however they control images and information, because their power rests on the obedience of citizens, of soldiers, of civil servants, of journalists and writers and teachers and artists. When the citizens begin to suspect they have been deceived and withdraw their support, government loses its legitimacy and its power." - Howard Zinn (1922-2010), Historian, "A Power That Governments Can’t Suppress"

I was a student at South Peninsula under Mr. Isaacs and he has been nothing but a positive influence on my life. He is part of the reason I am the person I am today. My daughter is in grade 2 now and we have already planned to enrol her at South Peninsula because I know that she will learn the basics of life which is discipline and respect.

I want to support the educational efforts of Mr. Isaacs and do not understand that freedom of speech and meaning is not allowed to a principal just because officials do not agree.
