The Rise of Darkeness game is heavily plagued with cheaters and the Cmge management no matter how we complain they act blind and only cares about monetary issues of the game and providing very poor technical in-game support to all players in all servers they implemented, in addition they aslo published a list of banned cheaters whom they posted in the game's facebook page where these said player still managed to play and still cheat. They Cmge management is obviously tolerating cheaters and we have sent them a lot of screen shots of players OBVIOUSLY CHEATING but didn't provide any disiplinary actions and with regards to other concerns like in-game bugs with regards to loss of in-game currency they are ignoring it no matter how serious our complains are.

I think it's wrong to have Cheaters in a game that can spoil the out come of group work if I wanted to cheat I would download a mod myself there easy to find but I'm an honest player I only use what the original game is intended for

I would like a refund in full. RoD team cannot properly do their jobs. 

$6,000 USD spent and wasted due to their lack of customer support. 

This game is dead.

The admin for ROD are funny for the cheaters, they will banned them for 24hrs, then they post on fb saying permanent ban.. ROD support saying they promise not using cheat anymore, so we unbanned them. SAME MO, FROM ROD. When they do get back to you, takes weeks..... Their FAMOUS line "were looking at it asap"

I've been playing this game for a while i worked my way to where im at i dont think that it is fair to everyone that hackers take over a game like this i put my time and hard earned cash into this game i think we all should be compensated fully whether it all in gems gold stones it is not right and i charged my account numerous times so with that being said you should look into this matter because it is serious to whom it may concern i think we all need a refund or to be compensated a.s.a.p if its not fair to groups that put time and work in this game especially the people that love this game the choice is yours
