Because Mary Goby is an excellent councillor. She is available to her people 24 hours a day. She always gets things done quickly and efficiently, and in a very professional manner. The DA needs councillors like Mary.

Mary has willingly and efficiently fought my battles with the municipality on numerous occasions re leaking pipes on the pavement and in the middle of the road. If it weren't for her, the water would still be gushing down the road and going to waste. She never tired of helping.

Five years ago I voted DA. I voted for a better governace and got it in Mary Goby.

Now it's time to vote again and I'm told mary was not selecterd after excellent prformance and dedication to duty. In many cases going well beyond the call of duty. In any other organisation Mary would have received a promotion. In the current DA she has been slapped in the face and her job taken away! There is no logic in this scenario!!

Mary is the best Councillor we have ever had, and there is no valid reason why we would want her not representing our Ward.
Why anyone would want to change what works is beyond me.

Mary has always been pro-active when there has been a request for help with regard to poor service from the municipality in connection with a burst pipe, water leakage, incomplete service, street lamps not working etc etc. She has always sorted out the problem and is always willing to help, irregardless of time or nature of request.
