I think this obviously is not clear. Why 2 points go to Japan team in final situation like that. I totally know it is the right of referee but it could enormously impact to both team. So Japan defeated Thai. Shamelessly, Japan cannot win by themselves.

but now FIVB try to changed this issue to be a Technology and confusion of use the tablet, and Behavior of coach. THIS UNACCEPTABLE!!

FIVB might be consider with their article on their publish new page about Thailand match with Japan especially paragraph wrote about "Thailand coach behavior made team get lose in the game" This news appear in few hour after end the match. by didn't investigate their own problem why
"Thai coach made oppose and made referee take action like that" all of this thing confirmed FIVB try to protect this referee

2. if FIVB try to blame on their system and Tablet

FIVB might be consider on Change or Stop to using this system that's impact with every team especially Thailand match
but. FIVB try to send invitation letter to all participant team about "avoid and solve the confusion of the use of TABLET"

this action sound good to getting problem and solving the problem and alternative choice for fix and let problem happens again

but the result is they invite all the team to reading "USER MANUAL" to understand "HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM" this such idiot action every happen on international association. and the result it "THIS TABLET AND SYSTEM STILL USING BY FIVB AND STILL NOT FIX ANYTHING" this gonna be "HUMAN ERROR" especially they try to focus on THAILAND COACH

Now 72hour after this issue appear, and this what they action with their issue
