Because i agree. A persons home is a place of zen and 50 dogs or more cooped up in small kennels are just cruel. There are specific places for this kind of thing and a residence in a recidential area is not fair to home owners around it.

I agree with the petition as the proprietor of the kennels does not have the financial resources to sustain such such a venture. If they had, they could have bought a property out of town or in an industrial area.

Just about every municipal bylaw is contradicted: 1- consent from neighbours, 2- proper land zoning, 3- building plans, 4- financial guarantees, 4- noise pollution, 5- Sanitation, 6- healt risk, 7-ETC

I agree with this petition, Nobody has the right to disturb a neighbourhood with such ridiculous ventures, wonder what is in it for the "animal lover"?   The court would rule this illegal but that takes necessary cost on behalf of the neighbours, Come on MOGALE step it up, DA show that you do not intend our town to turn into a slum.

Buying a dog kenenl would solve the problem. why he should build one? just get a dog kennel at crazy sales, easy and quality.

If you can find a trustworhty home for sojourn, you may not need it, but if you have a kennel, your dog will be safer, of course.
