Thank you Sophie for starting the petition, as I was really fed up when I heard the news SR was being axed! Have you let Tom Sutcliffe know yet? Thanks also to the BBC for listening to its LICENCE PAYERS! There is always room in the schedules for quality broadcasting.

Wonderful! I was devestated to hear this was being axed, my fave show on Radio and as a busy person without time to read loads of arts reviews in the paper etc I regualrly turned to SR for cultural recommendations (and ones to avoid). I'm rejoicing at this great news , well done!
