Nazareth has been a part of my life for a least 40 years.
Rock and roll would be missing something if Nazareth had not been born.
They are definitely a peace of the Rock and Roll pie.
So how could you leave them out.
Who hasn't heard hair of the dog or love hurts?

Artists become eligible 25 years after the release of their first record. Criteria include the influence and significance of the artist’s contribution to the development and perpetuation of rock and roll. - Are we still debating this ????

Was a friend of Darrel Sweet Nazareth's drummer from the mid 60's when we were both drummers starting our musical journey. Sadly his was cut short. RIP

A hard working rock band as NAZARETH are very well deserving of being inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. We've got to get it together...they've rocked us hard over the years and we should sign the petition!!!!

 they are a great, tight, tasteful band , I always love the quality of their music,

they belong in the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame, that institution is too centered on American

names.  Nazareth are so good that they broke their way into the American rock sphere all the way from Scotland. How many bands become that big internationally? Very very few. I grew up in Canada, and didn't even know that I was listening to a Scottish rock band at the time. To think of how many different nations they have entertained and toured and brought their energy to, it certainly deserves the highest honor and recognition.

The Rock N Roll Hall Of Fame is a joke.

No credability whatsoever. A waist of time and your effort signing the petition.

Nazareth, One of the great bands of the 70's, deserve the recognition, but not through this

farse. Just buy their albums to show your support.

O Nazareth é a espinha dorsal da trilha sonora da minha vida. Dos rocks às baladas, as harmonias são inconfundíveis. O profissionalismo dos integrantes e o respeito aos fãs são as maiores características deste lindo trabalho, que atravessa gerações. Parabéns, rapazes. Parabéns também pela iniciativa da petição. Antes da internet, as informações sobre a banda eram extremamente restritas. Hoje é bem mais fácil acompanhá-los. Eles, até mais do que outros artistas, merecem este reconhecimento!! Nazareth sempre!!!
