Not being able to contact Zynga with problems is very unfair, it was bad enough when you took away the fair playing field when you introduced VIP, but now non paying players are totally ignored.

Any game company, whether it is an online gaming company or one that creates/sells CD/DVD games, they ALL should provide customer support, and support that actually fixes problems not just there to "jaw-jack" the customer/player. To ignore the people that play their games is tandemount to your own demise and failure because those people will eventually quit playing *ALL* of your games and wont return.

It's not fair to the non-VIP players for us to not be able to report any errors for the games we play. This goes to show how greedy Zynga really is, only allowing VIP members to contact Zynga Customer Support, Why? Is it because they pay money to play Mafia Wars, and all we get is lousy service? VIP game play is totally pointless anyway, I'm glad I cancelled my VIP membership when I did.

How many players reported always known bugs, only because of they want RPs? (And how many players sign this pedition only because of this too...)
Another point is, who looked in the forum or the support page before post the same problem over and over again?

I want not say that all support requests were pointless, but I guess 90% or more...

No sorry, in my opinion the MW players force Zynga to shutdown the support. I not signed this pedition.

To report common game bugs, bug reports from VIP players are enough.

If Zynga's goal is to drive away all non-paying players, they are going about it the right way. Those of us who don't, or cannot, pay to play deserve the right to have our concerns heard and seek assistance when needed.

Please reconsider, and allow access to Zynga Tech Support

Zynga Customer Support used to be for every Mafia Wars Player, but the VIP changed that, so now the non-VIP players can't contact Zynga in any way. Please sign this petition, so we can get the email option back to the non-VIP players. It dosn't matter if you are VIP or not, everyone can sign, so help your fellow Mafia members and sign. And remember to pass the word around.

I stopped buying RP's because of the problems. They disappear and I have had no recourse with the email removal from the non- VIP members. We (were) stil customers.
Give the email contact back to ALL players!

You can buy cards and enter the number without being a vip so if you can't contact zynga about it if the card doesn't work why buy them
