every day I see children, pets and walkers almost whipped out by speeding motorist on these roads. Its high time they were held accountable. With enough stops and humps, we can encourage them to go back to Main Road!

I would like to see a stop sign go up at Church and 12th Avenue, Walmer. Some motoristts exceed 100 kmph

Excellent idea and I hope something is done about this. Speed humps would be a good way to slow down traffic as the stop signs are often ignored.

The excessive speed that vehicles do in the church rd, St. John's close dip has been ignored by the port elizabeth traffic officials from the day we bought our home 13 years ago

So many speeding drivers who race past young children on bikes and tell at them to get of the road! These are not main streets! They are residential and should be safe for children and families to walk and ride bikes without fearing the speeding driver. Speed bumps would also help to deter these crazy drivers and make them prefer the main road as now the residential will stop them from speeding! Please put this before somebody is killed, it's an accident waiting to happen.

Lowering the speed limit will have no effect. To get someone to obey a law you don't make it more restrictive, you police it properly.
