yes its disgusting ....they were both in the house and should both be charged .....

its about time the law was changed.......they get away with it becouse both say they never saw the other couse any injury and so as the law stands they cant prosecute

This is completely true, it was a question (scenario) we asked the police, if 3 people were in a room and 2 of them killed the 3rd but said they hadn`t and there was no forensic evidence, then neither would be prosecuted! Unreal.

This breaks my heart and makes me feel sick at the same time. Somebody needs to be held accountable for taking this beautiful little girls life! I hope the petition is enough to make the cps stand and listen then finally serve justice where it is so sorely needed. Good luck and I hope this campaign gains more momentum for summer mai!! X
