I think this petition is a good idea. but don't let it just stop here. This strike is stupid and utter madness. The unions are supposed to help the people, but currently they are currently ruining the lives of the very own people. Who gives them the right to kill anyone who wants to return to work. They must be sued for premeditated murder. The people have a right to return to safe working place, but yet they are afraid of being killed. Lets hope this strike ends as soon as possible, or the community of Rustenburg will become another South African ghost town

Stop, this is not good for the economy. If all the Mines in Rustenburg will have to close down, thousands on people will be unemployed, does AMCU think this is good.

I think the mines offer is more than fair... I don't think destroying thousands of lives to worth it. This is having a disastrous ripple effect and I can guarantee that if it doesn't end soon more lives will be destroyed... there are innocent victims of this strike thousands of them... how many more must suffer?

Are you sure this will help? I don't think this is fair to God!! Are you suggesting we get on our knees and pray and expect God to end the strike on our behalf? I can't believe there is still people like you! Do you think for ONE moment that we (striking or non striking employees) are not praying for the strike to end? Come on.... grow up..... and be realistic.

all people got low raises this year and at least we still have work but THE WHOLE TOWN OF RUSTENBURG will close down if the strikes wont stop and then no one will have work - cant they think!!!!

AMCU is not representing the mine workers, because the mine workers want to go back to work and have accepted the first offer. So AMCU is no UNION
