Eddisbury Square parking charges in Frodsham

All this with such unused wasted town centre car parking space behind and alongside Eddisbury Square, which local businesses and individuals could use for longer stay parking. This is irresponsible business/town planning and forcing people to congest the town centre roads instead. I'm guessing the decision maker is not familiar with Frodsham, and not "local".
