Seneca-Cayuga Vote of No Confidence

I signed this petition to remove all members of the Seneca Cayuga Nation Business Committee (as listed in the petition). Every member of this business committee have purposefully denied tribal members rights in many ways, dis enrolling members (which only General Council has the authority to do), denying tribal members access to tribal records as afforded by our constitution, denying our right to vote at our annual General Council meeting as afforded in our constitution. These are only a few examples of the business committee infringing on the constitutional rights of the Seneca Cayuga people. The business committee has also blatantly disregarded general council resolutions (the laws of out tribe) and replaced them with their own version of resolutions voted on by business committee members. The business committee of the Seneca Cayuga nation committed treason against the tribe and shall be dealt with according to the constitution of the tribe.
