I signed this petition to remove all members of the Seneca Cayuga Nation Business Committee (as listed in the petition). Every member of this business committee have purposefully denied tribal members rights in many ways, dis enrolling members (which only General Council has the authority to do), denying tribal members access to tribal records as afforded by our constitution, denying our right to vote at our annual General Council meeting as afforded in our constitution. These are only a few examples of the business committee infringing on the constitutional rights of the Seneca Cayuga people. The business committee has also blatantly disregarded general council resolutions (the laws of out tribe) and replaced them with their own version of resolutions voted on by business committee members. The business committee of the Seneca Cayuga nation committed treason against the tribe and shall be dealt with according to the constitution of the tribe.

I signed the petition because I feel that it is my duty to express my feeling of disenfranchisment. I do not think the individuals listed on the petition represent me or my rights. I signed publicly because it is important to show that we are united in change and seek proper representation. 

I fear reprisal for publicly expressing my opinion, which shows the amount of disenfranchisment. We should never fear speaking out against the government that we installed. Our Haudenosaunee ancestors were the model for democrasy, and this petition is my continuing the tradition that recognizes all the voices of the public!

Because this administration is out of control. They are secretive, non-transparent, and are doing their best to take away our rights as Tribal citizens. It's time they were shown the door, so that progressive tribal members can hopefully save us from total destruction.

I chose to sign publicly because even from Oregon I can see the corruption and greed from here. It is a time of serious change. When our elected leaders no longer have the Tribes best interests in mind but only their own best interests in my opinion is not a leader nor a Tribal elder...

We need to get these clowns out. Their not smart enough to now that Howard is playing them, he filed the delay and it makes them look so dum. They feel for his plan. We need people in that will see thru his plans.

We should not only boot them from office, but kick all the Fisher and Armstrong relatives out of the tribe. Then to make sure that this can't happen again restrict all voting to those that show up for the GC.

They are not upholding Constitutional laws and going against General Council Resolutions. They have caused Kaos in the Tribe.

They only have themselfs to blame, they can't uphold the resolutions of "Supreme Governing Body". They caused the kaos, everything was just fine before.  There was plenty of money from Tobacco, casino and the NY businesses. They ruin all of that. Its all there fault.

 wth are you talking about? We were in a law suit with the federal government with Howsrd. Our tribe was accused of money laundering and treason. Ask Howard if everything was on the up and up, why did he turn states witness. You are clueless.
