The county is always complaining about expenses. Most county employees have received no raises in the past few years (except for the highest paid employees), yet can provide un-necessary items like cell phones (when how many employees already have personal cell phones?). Enough of this redundant bull crap.

 This whole discussion is bull crap why you think theres only 33 people who even actually care...

Theres a whole lot of other CONCERNS that we should be worrying about in our community besides who has a Cellphone and who doesn't.  ITS THE 21ST CENTURY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!
