One builds a boat

Was harbour the tub

A nice spot of land
Just trees, paths and turf
And nobody using it
Apart from his serfs

Draw up the plans
Measure the ground

They're bound to come round

Because he is The Leader
And, therefore, he's right
A majority in Council
there won't be a fight

A rigged consultation
For the serfs to fill out
It's quiet in Twickenham
