I feel for the victim. I am a mother of a 5 years old, I can't imagine this happen to my kid or any other vulnerables, I can see some drivers doing great jobs keeping those offensive people off the bus, but not in this incident. We should have a safer place to live and to ride in our community.

The safety issue is one of the important issues for the country. More criminals are happened. Government should do something for the horrible people.

Such a malicious incident is unforgivable regardless of who it happens to. Why should ordinary students who take the bus to and from school suffer this kind of harm? It is unimaginable—what kind of social safety can a country claim if even its public buses are not safe? Justice and fairness must be upheld without regard to race, and the perpetrator should be severely punished. Additionally, the AT bus driver's inaction should also be held accountable, and compensation should be provided accordingly.

It is hoped that the perpetrator will be caught and punished, and that the boy's follow-up treatment will be covered by the relevant institutions. New Zealand is a multi-racial country, everyone is making different contributions to this country, I hope that people living here can be treated fairly and can travel and live safely.

What happened on the bus was not tolerated nor acceptable by any anyone, regardless of which ethnicities. It could have caused a life if the teenage was a weak person, didn’t have the strength to defensive themselves. The woman must be caught to demonstrate to the society there will be consequences for committing a crime, otherwise people will just keep on doing the bad things without paying a price and everyone who live in Auckland will feel unsafe. This goes against our country’s goals.
