Vláda SR, menovite minister zdravotníctva porušuje všetky body vymenované v podaní (Norimberský kódex z roku 1947, Helsinská deklarácia z roku 1964, Medzinárodný pakt o občianskych a politických právach z roku 1967, Zmluva o dohovore o biologických zbraniach z roku 1975).
