24,000 strong.....soo why can't we tell the company what we want for once....this is the last and final chance for the flight attendants all across The world to finally get some respect....we can shut this operation down for 24 hrs. And have the company asking us what we want....please be strong fellow professionals and for once get rid of this disease that is plaquing our careers...

#255: -  it is so true what you've said! Thank you fellow co-workers this is true. In order to get respect you have to demand it! And in order to get  paid for your worth you have to demand it. And if that doesn't work you have to demonstrate the importance of  you and what you contribute overall to a company or organization !!!! Flex your power!!!! We are one !!!!!

Laura Glading needs to go. She's getting paid a salary by flight attendants and instead of fight our fights she is like working for the company. She should just join the company as acompany person that she is... she pushs the contracts on us saying " I'm so proud of our negotiation team!" then goes on national TV pretending she had nothing to do with the fact that we lost our pension and much more with the contract she so endorsed.

T/A is a joke!!!!  we are 25,000 flight attendants strong, the number 1 airline ,but have the bottom of the barrel contract. We tell the union leaders what we want and its their duty to get it. But they tell us what we are going to get.THEY WORK FOR US. WE DONT WORK FOR THEM.

 Just ran into a Delta FA shopping today! I asked her, "how's things over at Delta?" She replied happily, "oh it's great "! She volunteered the information that they just got a bonus and in Feb they will get their planned profit sharing check! And she said I quote,"well you know Delta made so much money and she thinks they just want to share "! I thought about that statement long and hard and now I understand by that Delta FA's statement about Zdelta wanting to share, and then I really understood why it's called PROFIT SHARING !!! That is profits that the company made through the hard work of ALL employee's!!!!! How in the world do they just if not want go give ifs employees their deserve share , REALLY

Although I'm relatively new, I'm not stupid, and I can clearly see the lack of concern and care and professionalism for us Flight Attendants through this leadership - or lack thereof.

If you are a new hire keep your noise clean and be a very low profile till your probation is over!! Then you"ll be safe to voice your opinion with out having to worry about loosing your career. Remmemmber there are rats in the kitchen and quite a few scabes on the line.
