 Just got all the phone with my girlfriend (Continental-United) they just found out that their profit sharing check will be 15%!!!! Does that make you mad?????? She said United made. 2billion dollars in the first quarter. What can we(AA) look forward to??????????

 Let's just take our chance in going to arbitration. Let's let the people making the decisions compared to what other airline FA's have and what AS is willing to give us and see what they decide on. It couldn't be less than what we're being offered considering NOW that there are less airlines around now and how they are paying their FA's compared to us!!! My vote is NO, I rather take my chance. I rather stand up for something verses accepting anything!!!!!!

She has lost credibility,and it is time for new leadership. I would feel a lot better about our union if she is replaced.

The company came back with eliminating the hard 40 cause they dont want us to go to arbitration. LG stated that there's nothing she could do before that offer and then they offer to rid the hard forty? Folks this is the same wishy washy crap that went on back 2001 with then AAVP Jane allen and APFA president John Ward! Same peole reshuffled deck. Vote (NO) and bring on arbitration. We will get are profit shairing and better contract! Dont buy in to the prapaganda. How can they put a number on pure speculation of future profits. This is not Texas holdem! Im voting NO!!!

It seem to me that this is the same pattern that this in house union pulls for the last 15yrs! Its unethical to have an in house union. NO one eles does! The company would fight us big time if we were to vote this union out. We,ve seen it over a twenty year span. The compaany owns this union! look at the history. They pull the strings behind the curtain. Vote them all out vote NO on this T.A.

 I am appalled that the union and company think we are weak and stupid! Well I tell you this I'm not and my co-workers are not!!! Yes and after LG stated that this TA agreement was what we had to chose from, them she reported back to her boss(AA) and informed them that FA's were upset over the 40, they took it out. Well LG go back and inform your boss that there are several other item that are unacceptable to us like NO profit sharing and NO signing bonus. These are just two of the items to me that is unacceptable . Other airline FA 's cannot believe that they don't want to give us that. And another thing, is this whole process legal being that voting had already started when they went and altered the TA???? And also that the company will be paying OUR union officials????

protect their members and fight for them. We need to get rid of LG and APFA!
