I volunteer at the Spca. I see so many animals coming through its doors who have been so cruelly treated. We need to do something to stop people. And it needs to be taken seriously!

Because there is way too much animal cruelty and too many people are getting away with this. Be it over breeding or not supplying the proper care to a animal in their care. People who only have dogs for fighting or people who just can't be bothered looking after their animal. All of this has to stop and people have to be made accountable for their actions.

I signed because I am so sick of seeing chained and caged dogs that live on a chain 24/7, 365 days a year. I am over not being able to see something done for these animals because there is no Law to protect them. Bring on the Animal Police.

I have signed because animal abuse and neglect sickens me and as living beings sharing this planet they deserve our respect love help and protection. ..it is not ok to abuse them, they desperately need our help. This is such a brilliant proposal

Because it's not only Humans that need help and or protecton but Animals too. It's about time we had an agency such as this one doing exactly that.

Dogs need to run and play.. it's cruel 2 leave them on a chain constantly. My neighbor does this to their German Sheppard and the poor thing cries all day and tries breaking off the chain. It's miserable! I can't believe there is no law against this already, poor animals dnt have decent laws put in place to help them at all and they are so innocent.

the SPCA seems to be usless 

that’s  the impression  get from animal loves around here
