Mantie Bezuidenhout ek is Rep van meubels aan die myne en ek het orders gekry van Lonmin maar ons mag niks aflaai tot die staking oor is nie. En van die mense wat saam my werk het order van Impala en kan dit ook nie aflaai nie ons het al reeds ons verskaffers betaal en ons voel dit nogal finasieel. Ek dink die grooter maat van Besighede is afhanklik van die myne en dit beinvloed almal. Dankie Vader ons het darem kos om te eet.

Joseph made empty promises to his union members.Joseph knows that no company ever can afford an increase of 135% in one year and even over 4 years as he stated recently..Joseph took advantage of his union members that did not have proper education.He was the cause of a strike at K3# at Lonmin Platinum Mines when he was a member of Num.He was the cause that many people was dismissed,and even himself were expelled from Num after that strike.Then he joint Amcu union and went to Lonmin Platinum mines where in 2012.If you look at thinks regarding 2012 massacara, then Joseph was the big influence causes the people to strike.He must be kept responsible for the death of 44 people at Lonmin Platinum.The police did protect themselves.If it was not for him then the Platinum sector did not come to a stand still.Now the people wants to cry because they have not got any money and people will loose their work due to retrenchments in the next months ahead,but they did not listen when we spoke to them.Personally as I have been working in the mining sector for 26 years,to strike or to go on a go slow strike underground it is really not the right way to do
this.But yes management must do what they suppose to do.We will leave it in their hands.They are here to deliver and not to strike.If there are issues why can they (Amcu) not talk to management in a appropriate manner. The people of SA must keep in mind that if a company gives you 10% increase then they want 10% more productivity.This is currently not happening.We will find a decrease in productivity due to the increase of sick leave abuse,absent with out permission and other kind of things.
At the end of the day the people of Amcu must face there families on a daily bases looking for food,while Joseph is eating out in the resturants.Because of the labour force that did not listen to their non striking members and management,they are the people that will suffer the most at the end of the day.JOSEPH DOES NOT CARE BECAUSE HE IS GETTING MILLIONS EVERY MONTH.I just feel sorry for the striking miners children.They are suffering the most.Been taken out of school,no food and do not know if they will still have a work or not if they are lucky.Sorry but a union does not give you better salary,you must work for it.As soon as Joseph's members start thinking how they are damaging their own future and also the future of SA the better.
According to my view, it will be the best lesson for the private sector, minning sector and other companies if the Platinum Retrenches all Employees, and only start delivering in 2015.

Seems like Amplats is now entering stages where they are pulling out of the Western Limb operations. Keep an eye on the Chinese, it was brought under my attention that they are also sponsoring Amco so that mines can close so that they can buy the mines out.

I think the workforce is not responding as n normal person should.Currently im providing for 3 household and its really not possible for me anymore.Close relatives of me have lost everything they worked for over the past 30 years just because of this strike.I urge no sorry n plea that this be put an end to!!!!!

I live in Rustenburg area and i see the effect of strike on the community of Rustenburg everyday. I think this is enough now. the strike must just come to an end. so that people can regain their dignity and live a normal life again.

Same amcu is falling.Now Joseph wants the government and the people of SA to help the striking mine workers in the Platinum belt.Joseph is getting 10 million a month,in other words he can use his own money to help his people.
Joseph did not think again when he said to his members to go on strike.
Anglo Platinum will close their shafts and there is a possibility that they can declare them self bankrupt.This mean only closure off the mine with out retrenchment packages to the work force.Anglo can take may be up to 6 months or even 2 years for a other company to buy them out.
Many people will be with out work very soon.
Well done again Joseph.This is now the 3rd strike which people will loose their jobs because of him.Joseph ex num and no amcu members will suffer because of him.
If Joseph thought that the chineese people will buy our mines he made a big mistake.Again he made empty promises to his members.

Joseph has given all his money to the EFF leader J Malema to pay SARS 16 MILLION RAND that Malema still owns the government.The aim was to derail the mining industry and to put it under the government control.They thought the eff will be the leading party in the up comming elections.Joseph and Maelema were working together as a party to get hands over the mining sector.Joseph do not know how to escape from the 1000 of job losses that he and Malema have establish in SA.Sorry their plans have failed again.Feel sorry for the striking miners children.Their parents does not care about them.The future in SA mining looks bleak.

Joseph is making empty promises again for his people.He is telling them that they got investors oversee that will provide the striking miners with money and food.Yes some how he manage to get one million rand from some body. Possible it is his own money.Look how uneducated is Joseph.
Take R 1000 000.00 divided by 70 000 striking mine workers gives you a amount of R 14,20 CENT.You can only by a loaf of bread for R 14.20 c.The striking miners will take the biggest knock at the end off the day.
People stay calm,this Joseph is trying all kinds of silly thinks.I know it is tough out their for OUR NON STRIKING PEOPLE,BUT GOD IS WITH AS.He will give management,share holders the right knowledge and power to lead as trough this crises.
