#1512014-05-02 13:03It's a balancing act for which I have some sympathy. If two French clubs had got through the venue may well have been sufficient. But there must be plans for a fallback alternative if demand outstrips supply. Big lose in revenue and great disappointent for the fans. |

#1552014-05-02 18:23I am totally disgusted at this ticket allocation..a £20 ticket on sale for £125.00. People (not supporters) have been buying tickets in batches with the only intention of selling on for a huge profit. Tickets should be non transferable so no profit can be made. ERC you have let us all true supporters down!!!! |

#1572014-05-03 06:00When crowds fill Twickenham for premier league games why have a small venue for a cup final? |
Guest |
#1582014-05-03 08:51Why not move it to the Millenium stadium. We won't fill it but at least we can all go. Or is it because ERC don't give a toss as they are losing the cash cow anyway. |

#1592014-05-03 09:4220 years a season ticket holder and can't get a ticket! Unbelievable! First we have a cup final against exeter playing at their own ground and now we play a final we can't actually get to see! Doesn't matter which rugby competition you play in choices this year have been poor! |

#1612014-05-03 11:39This would be great if the venue can be changed its outrages that Cardiff was chosen in the first place and especially a Friday evening KO. How are Rugby supporters suppose to get home even if they are lucky enough to have a ticket last train to Bath leaves after the Game finishes!!!. Please, Please change the venue to somewhere in England if possible!!!!!!!!! |

#1622014-05-03 12:34Two English clubs 1000 tickets each crazy, have written to ERC but strangely they will not respond! |

#1632014-05-03 12:4911,978 at The Rec last night tells its own story. I accept that ERC want to release some tickets to neutrals in advance but HOW they can skew it so badly that 10,500 go to people with no interest in either club is beyond me. Surely they should have kept 10,000 tickets for the finalists' supporters and sold the other 2,500 in advance. If less-supported clubs had made it through to the final and returned their allocation, ERC/Ticketmaster would still have had time to sell the remainder. And I don't think the final being in Cardiff makes much difference to Bath fans - many of us would have travelled anywhere in the UK to see this shot at silverware. Ok, a match in France/Italy would have been harder, given Friday is a working day, but you'd still have had a large travelling contingent from the Southwest and, I'm sure, from Saints too. Fingers crossed we're listened to by the powers that be. If not, it's a crying shame but Allez Bath - we'll all be there in spirit, and shouting for you in front of a TV screen / Radio Bris. |

#164 Re:2014-05-03 12:55#131: - Thank you - THIS is why rugby remains such a great sport. We'll enjoy watching our teams knock 9 bells out of each other on the pitch but we all know what it means to support our teams through thick and thin so will stick together, regardless of club allegiance, when a decision by the rugby authorities is so unfathomable.

#165 Amlin Cup Stupidity2014-05-03 18:07How is there going to be any atmosphere at the Amlin cup Final with no Bath or Saints supporters their MOVE THE VENUE YOU MUPPETS. Secondly £115 for a £15 ticket. If people can not go the tickets should go back to the clubs not some profiteer pathetic organisation. As a Saints season ticket holder I want to know who the tickets were sold to? Why were so few held back for the clubs? Why did you pick a venue with only £12,000. Move it to the Cardiff football stadium which holds 25,000 so that the supporters can turn up and cheer their teams. Andrew Smith 07795 632713 |
ye cant blame the erc |
#1672014-05-03 23:09Ye cant blame the ERC. They sell tickets so early to ensure a sell out. Just like the Heineken Cup Final. Heineken Cup finalists only get same percentage of tickets for final as welll |

#1682014-05-04 09:03The current venue does not provide sufficient tickets for the supporters of both teams to attend this important match; please change the venue so that more supporters can attend. |

#1702014-05-04 13:47Unbelievable that someone should come on here and defend ERC's allocation. Did you know that Saints and Bath were allocated 850 tickets each of which around 200 weren't even sold to supporters as they had to accommodate playing staff, other players club officials etc. ERC knew after the q/fs at the beginning of April that the final would be contested by two english sides, with a good chance that both finalists would be able to bring in excess of three or four thousand supporters. So at this stage surely they should have employed a little foresight and either moved the venue or held back more tickets. But no, so here we are now with the loyal supporters who spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds every year following their team missing out or having to pay inflated prices on resale sites. It's a complete farce and I'm livid with ERC. Rant over! |

#1712014-05-05 18:48The number of tickets allocated to the supporters of both clubs is a joke, after a long season competing and even longer for the fans following the teams, im shocked to see the ERC treat fans this way, and downstage a European final just to make the Heineken cup final seem like more of a spectical. |

#1722014-05-05 18:49Should be held at a netrual ground with at least 18,000 stadium mk? |

#1732014-05-05 20:21I know it's almost too late to do anything about this, but I think it's important tomake the point. With some luck the new organising body will actually care about the game and not just their own interests |

#1742014-05-06 09:26ERC claim they want a smaller stadium for "atmosphere". But although I have challenged them on this they are unable to explain how you can have "atmosphere" when over 80% of the tickets are held by people who couldn't care less about the result. |

#1752014-05-06 15:17As usual the fans have been let down by ERC, why only 1000 tickets per finalist, why not wait until after the semis to sell tickets, plenty of time for the fans to get them, |
