This is a terrible injustice. Yes, pigeons can be a nuisance, but this is not a crime that warrants imprisonment. The poor man is disabled and mentally ill. We had our lives made hell for 18 months by a neighbour who threatened to kill our daughter, who tried to break down our gates and who continually swore at us. He got a £50 fine when action was finally taken.

He broke a court order, if this was a local teenager, not one of you morons would be bothered. The guy attracts vermin, is a nuisance neighbour, a nuisance to anyone on the promenade when he is feeding them. They carry diseases as does their faeces. And he stinks.
