Control spending--don't raise Rates or sell assets

Once the land is sold to developers there's no going back the unique backdrop views that suit the area and its surroundings that many people enjoy. its very disappointing many on the council dont listen to the majority of local opinion which is against the development . I think to develop to help built a sports stadium is just another excuse to sell it to developers they have been trying to so this for a while and when the majority (around 72% are against it this is what they try on} its disgusting they should listen to us majority not a few developers. m=More nature, tree plantings etc good for the environment, more development more traffic , more carbon emissions more disruption to nature.
