Save their home

I need some serious help!!! Asking for a friend whose home is threatened by a dubious landlord.... Sally is a lovely lady. Has taken in three homeless people, and goes out of her way to help anyone, human or animal, in need.
She rents her home through Barfoot and Thompson Meadowlands NZ, the house is on the market and the landlord refuses to fix anything. The house is full of mice, has rotted floors, black mould everywhere, one of the bedrooms is sinking, windows and doors don't shut properly, the shower barely works and the drains overflow into the yard all the time.
Naturally everyone living there is always sick, and Sally has asked for repairs and for a bit of compensation... Because she's asked for this they ARE TRYING TO KICK EVERYONE OUT!!! Sally has said please finally fix this place and the landlord has said no and now we are going to throw you out!!!! The landlord had 'lost' rent payments and are trying to say Sally is behind in rent when she isn't. This is all because she's asked to get the house fixed and it's disgusting. So please, help us out, sign this petition so I can foward it to the tenant courts... We want the house fixed and the landlord held accountable for all the damages, and we want to keep a roof over everyone here's heads!!! Please help out by signing!!!
